Data Entry Specialist

Position Type: Contract (3 months) with potential for extension or permanent hire

Start Date: May 27, 2025

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Flexible start time between 5:00 AM - 7:30 AM)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team at our Mesa, AZ location. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work with high volumes of inventory and shipping operations. This position is 100% on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Unpack and verify received goods against purchase orders or invoices.
• Prepare and assemble packages for customer fulfillment.
• Perform final quality control checks before shipping orders.
• Inspect and distribute materials within inventory.
• Maintain organization and accuracy in stock management.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be able to lift 30 - 60 lbs.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems preferred.
