What You’ll Do:
✔️ Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
✔️ Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets
✔️ Drive process improvements and automation for greater efficiency
✔️ Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership
✔️ Lead and mentor the accounting team to support company growth
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
🔹 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
🔹 Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
🔹 Experience with ERP systems, automation tools, and data analytics
🔹 A proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment
