A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Chinese-Speaking Financial Advisor to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients for a rapidly growing financial services firm. This person will collaborate with clients and the firms advisory team to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, ensuring alignment with the clients financial goals and regulatory requirements. They will coordinate with multiple stakeholders (CFAs, CPAs, JDs) to integrate their expertise into the client relationship and run client-facing meetings to present updates, discuss new strategies, and gather feedback. This person will oversee project progress, address any issues, ensure legal compliance of all financial advice, and provide leadership and support to their team.
Responsibilities:
Onboard new clients and service existing clients.
Demonstrate proficiency in sales and integrate the advice of CFAs, CPAs, and JDs into the client relationship.
Work with individuals and businesses to meet long-term investment and financial goals, including retirement and estate planning with a strong emphasis on tax reduction.
Develop comprehensive financial plans and assist clients in all phases of implementation.
Drive and close new business.

Skills and Requirements
FLUENT IN MANDARIN AND/OR CANTONESE
Four-year degree and CFP designation.
7+ years in financial and/or estate planning related work, preferably at a professional financial services company or wealth management firm.
Expertise in estate, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow/capital needs planning analysis.
Unquestioned commitment to integrity in personal and professional activities.
Highly motivated with the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter by nature.
Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage heavy workloads and projects, many on a time-sensitive basis, while interacting with a tight-knit team of professionals with a range of financial and tax activities. null
