Job Description

Be the Builder of Our Vision

About Intero Chiropractic:

Intero Chiropractic is on a mission to redefine healthcare, starting with chiropractic care. We operate six offices and are looking to continue our growth. Founded by a visionary entrepreneur with a Wall Street background, we’re not your typical organization. We’re obsessed with finding out why things work, codifying solutions, and crafting systems that deliver extraordinary outcomes for our patients.

Now, we need a builder —a strategic operator who has a proven history of scaling companies and the strategic acumen to drive sustainable revenue growth while building scalable infrastructure.

About the Role:

The Chief Growth Officer will serve as the operational architect of our multi-regional expansion. Reporting directly to the founder and CEO, you will drive actionable strategies, scalable systems, and measurable results. This role isn’t for a maintainer or someone waiting for direction—it’s for someone who sees complexity as an opportunity to create clarity, structure, and growth. It's for someone who is confident they can spot key levers across all departments such as finance, marketing and sales.

You’ll be the person who builds, executes, and owns the infrastructure and growth strategies while working closely with a CEO who values strong diagnostic ability toward problem solving, and leveraging the right solutions at the right time.

What You’ll Do:

Build and Scale Infrastructure:

  • Develop systems and processes that can support rapid growth without breaking.
  • Create frameworks for operational efficiency across multiple locations.

Drive Revenue Growth:

  • Lead marketing and patient acquisition strategies, focusing on ROI-driven digital campaigns.
  • Optimize patient lifetime value (LTV) by improving retention and cross-functional collaboration between marketing, operations, and clinical teams.

Lead Strategic Initiatives:

  • Partner with the CEO to design and execute the roadmap for multi-regional expansion.
  • Analyze business performance, identify high-leverage opportunities, and take immediate action to capitalize on them.

Foster a High-Performance Team:

  • Build, mentor, and manage teams that thrive under accountability and high expectations.
  • Create a culture of ownership, where every team member understands the "why" behind the work.

Work Closely with the CEO:

  • Be an intellectual thought partner with our CEO who applies his engineering, finance, and operations background to codify solutions.
  • Filter information up and down the organization well by continuously maintaining a pulse on organizational quality through each department, leveraging data, feedback, and direct observation.

What We’re Looking For:

If this describes you, we want to meet you:

  • Builder Mindset: You thrive on creating scalable systems from scratch. Chaos excites you because it’s your playground for designing order.
  • Strategic and Analytical: You’re not just a doer—you’re a thinker who diagnoses problems and pinpoints the right levers to pull.
  • Decisive and Action-Oriented: You act fast, learn faster, and you are unafraid to prioritize bigger decisions and to get buy in.
  • Operational Excellence: You’ve scaled businesses before and know what it takes to turn ideas into real-world results.
  • Aligned with Our Values: You value intelligence, efficiency, and results. You work well under high expectations and with a leader who prizes deep thinking and diagnostic precision.
  • Marketing-Informed: You don’t need to be a marketing expert, but you understand how marketing drives revenue and integrates with operations.

What You’ll Hate About This Job (if it’s not for you):

  • If you need to rely on someone else to design your role, you won’t succeed here.
  • If you’re more comfortable maintaining systems than building them, this isn’t the role for you.
  • If you can’t thrive in a fast-paced, highly analytical, high-expectation environment, this will feel overwhelming.

What You’ll Love About This Job (if it’s for you):

  • You’ll get to build something extraordinary from the ground up.
  • You’ll work alongside a visionary CEO who values intelligence, precision, and results.
  • You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions and see your ideas come to life.
  • You’ll be a key architect in scaling a company that is truly transforming healthcare.
