Position Overview:

The client is seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their expanding sales team. The BDR will play a key role in identifying and generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and driving initial customer engagement. This position is crucial in helping the company build strong relationships and increase market presence within the construction and technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the construction and tech industries.
  • Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s technology to effectively communicate its value to prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Keep accurate records of outreach efforts and opportunities using the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the tech or construction sectors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
