Job Description Fred Haas Toyota World is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Biller to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accuracy, efficiency, and a commitment to high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced dealership environment. Job Responsibilities Prepare and process vehicle billing for retail, lease, and wholesale transactions Verify accuracy of sales documentation and ensure all supporting paperwork is complete Post new and used vehicle sales to accounting records Maintain schedules and reconcile billing statements Communicate with sales and finance departments to resolve discrepancies Submit and follow up on funding with financial institutions Ensure timely submission of DMV paperwork and related documentation Support month-end closing procedures Assist with additional accounting functions and administrative duties as needed Requirements Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general accounting software Automotive dealership billing experience preferred Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED required Previous dealership billing or accounting experience strongly preferred Valid driver license (must be insurable)
