We’re seeking a dependable, Spanish-speaking Assistant Property Manager for a well-maintained affordable housing community in Leander, TX. This full-time, in-person role is perfect for someone with strong property management experience, a passion for resident engagement, and an interest in growing with the company.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (2 Saturdays per month for resident services events)

You’ll work alongside an experienced Community Manager, build leadership skills, and grow within the company. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us, contribute to a resident-first culture, and bring consistency and heart to everything they do.
Assist with leasing, rent collection, renewals, and daily operations
Help organize and lead community events and resident services
Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects — in both English and Spanish
Maintain accurate records and ledgers
Manage office operations in the absence of the Community Manager
Respond to service requests, answer phones, and manage follow-ups
Conduct property tours and handle applicant communications
Use OneSite and Microsoft Office for data entry and reporting
Assist with outreach marketing and waitlist management
Work 2 Saturdays per month to support resident services
Prepare for eventual growth into a leadership role
Fluent in Spanish and English (fluency will be assessed prior to interviews)
3–5 years of recent property management experience (affordable or conventional)
An outgoing, people-focused personality
Interest in growing within the company
Familiarity with OneSite and Microsoft Office
LIHTC experience is a plus but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
Competitive hourly pay: $23.00 – $25.00/hr
