Accountability

As a Director, you will be directly accountable to the  Executive Director and  Director of Operations , ensuring alignment with Chick-fil-A's mission, values, and operational goals.

Qualifications

We’re seeking a people-focused leader who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences and solving challenges.

  • Proven leadership skills with 4+ years of management experience in food service.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability with new technologies and processes.
  • Ability to remain calm and resourceful in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to care for guests and team members.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

As a Director, you’ll have the opportunity to lead, inspire, and create memorable moments for our guests and team members.

  • Interview and onboard candidates to build a high-performing team.
  • Lead both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Motivate and influence staff by leveraging their individual strengths.
  • Maintain a highly visible presence in the restaurant, directly impacting the guest experience.
  • Take ownership of creating a welcoming and memorable environment for guests.
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
