Position Purpose:

This safety sensitive position is responsible for assisting the Community Manager with general administrative functions of the property as instructed.

Each community location has pre-designated office hours which this position will need to accompany to ensure community operations are functioning effectively

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support through data entry, answering phones, customer service, and general administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in office administration and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems and databases
  2. Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to appropriate staff, or take messages
  3. Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients and vendors
  4. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  5. Assist with preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
  6. Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
  7. Support various administrative projects and tasks as assigned
  8. Other duties as assigned by the Community Manager

  8. Ability to concentrate
  9. Ability to cope with sudden changes in surrounding and/or emergency situations and/or alarms
  10. Demonstrated caring, committed and concerned attitude about safety

Position Requirements:

Education : High school diploma or GED required. Higher education preferred.

Experience : 2-3 year of customer service or related experience

Physical & Cognitive: Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds.

  1. Driver must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record with company insurance carrier
  2. Driver must have reliable means of transportation
  3. Driver must have the ability to be insurable at standard rates for driving.
  4. Driver must provide proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business

To be hired, candidates will be required to successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen.
